Once we receive and verify the item, your refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 days
Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return
- Item received in wrong size or colour
- Item is defective, damaged, or soiled on arrival
- Product is significantly different from the description/images
- Item is missing parts or accessories
Not Eligible for Return
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery
- Items that are washed, worn, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Innerwear, socks, or personalised/custom products
- Items purchased during final clearance sales (marked as non-returnable)
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of return receipt and inspection.
- Razorpay payment refunds: 5–7 working days
- UPI refunds: 2–4 working days
- Bank transfer (for COD/NEFT): 7–10 working days
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation when your refund is initiated. Actual credit timing depends on your bank.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges for size or colour are accepted within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
- If the desired size/colour is unavailable, we offer a full refund.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
- Send photos via WhatsApp to +91 919999999999
- We will arrange a free pickup and process a full refund or replacement at no cost.
Dispute Escalation
If your refund or return request is not resolved to your satisfaction:
- Contact our Grievance Officer (see below)
- File a complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in or call 1800-11-4000
- Approach the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
