Free Shipping: All orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in India. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹79.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link once dispatched.
- During sale events (e.g., Diwali, Republic Day sale), processing may take up to 72 hours.

Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number and carrier name will be emailed to you after dispatch.
- You can track your order on the carrier's website or via the link in your SMS.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
- You can also track orders from your My Orders page.
Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
- Couriers will make up to 3 delivery attempts at your specified address.
- If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
- In case of a returned order, you will be contacted for re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund (minus original shipping costs, if applicable).
Undeliverable Locations
We currently do not ship to:
- International destinations (India only)
- Certain restricted areas as declared by the Indian Government (e.g., areas under Section 144 CrPC)
- PO Box addresses
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is declared lost by the courier:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items) with photographs
- For lost shipments, contact us after 15 days from dispatch date if undelivered
- We will reship or refund at no extra cost after investigation
This is in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for delivery failures.
